Services

24Tech provides AI automation solutions, custom WhatsApp bots, and digital services tailored for businesses within the UAE.

Payments

All project payments are split into 50% upfront and 50% upon project delivery.

Payment is made via an official payment link.

In case of project cancellation after the deposit, the advance payment is non-refundable.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are agreed upon before project initiation. Any delays due to third-party tools or client-side input may extend the deadline.

Intellectual Property

All custom-developed bots and content remain the property of 24Tech until full payment is completed. After that, ownership is transferred to the client.

Third-Party Tools

Some services may rely on third-party platforms or APIs. 24Tech is not liable for any downtime, changes in pricing, or terms of use from these third parties.

Support

We offer 1 month of free technical support after delivery. Continued support is optional and charged separately. No new integrations are included in the free support unless agreed upon.

UAE Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved within UAE legal channels.
